1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing a subscription to, or using software developed by SystemicLogics ("we", "us", or "our"), including TwinWing (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Licensing & Subscriptions

Community Edition: Free for individual workstation maintenance, personal use, and administration across up to 5 local computers.

Pro Fleet Edition: Licensed on a recurring subscription basis (Monthly or Annual) via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Grants rights to utilize the multi-PC LAN Fleet Hub and remote deployment engine across your business, lab, or school network for the duration of the active subscription.

3. Authorized Administration & Acceptable Use

You agree to install and deploy software only on computers and network devices that you own or have explicit administrative authorization to manage. You may not use the Software to distribute unauthorized binaries, disrupt network operations, or monitor devices without administrator consent.

4. Third-Party Software & WinGet Index

TwinWing acts as a local management interface for Microsoft's official Windows Package Manager (WinGet). SystemicLogics does not host, cache, bundle, or redistribute third-party application binaries. All third-party software is licensed directly by its respective publishers. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with publisher licensing terms before installation.

5. Billing, Renewals & 7-Day Refund Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. We offer a no-questions-asked 7-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact systemiclogics@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DISK CLEANUP, STARTUP OPTIMIZATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY INSTALLERS WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SYSTEMICLOGICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR WORKSTATION DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
