1. Local-First Design & Zero Telemetry

TwinWing operates locally on your machine. SystemicLogics does not run user analytics, session recording, background telemetry, crash reporters, or behavioral tracking services. Your local files, personal folders, search queries, and operating system registry entries remain strictly on your local computer.

2. Network Activity & Outbound Connections

To deliver its core capabilities, TwinWing makes the following network requests:

Microsoft WinGet Repositories: Queries Microsoft's public package index to retrieve metadata and triggers downloads directly from official software publisher distribution servers.
License Verification (Lemon Squeezy): When activating a paid subscription, the app communicates with Lemon Squeezy's API with an anonymized device hash to validate active entitlement.
Local Area Network (LAN) Broadcast: In Teacher/Admin Hub mode, the app broadcasts discovery beacons strictly within your local subnet over UDP/WebSocket to coordinate classroom pairing. No LAN data ever leaves your network.

3. Payment & Billing Information

All subscription transactions and invoicing are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). SystemicLogics does not collect, receive, or store your credit card, debit card, or payment credentials. Lemon Squeezy provides us with an anonymized order reference, active subscription status, and contact email for customer support and license fulfillment.

4. Classroom & Minor Protection

In educational lab environments, local LAN communication (including student-teacher coordination messages) remains strictly confined to the local area network. SystemicLogics never accesses, stores, or relays classroom communications.

5. Data Deletion & Inquiries

Because application data is stored locally in your Windows AppData directory (%APPDATA%\TwinWing), you can completely erase all local profiles and caches at any time by uninstalling the application or deleting that folder.
